
We define the executive search process in two main phases:
PHASE 1 - PLANNING
In this phase Fesa is in close contact with the client to acquire valuable information on their organization and the position to be filled. For example: organizational environment - culture, values, business strategies, personal and technical competences, and responsibilities needed.
PHASE 2 - INTERVIEWS AND EVALUATION
During this second phase Fesa uses its data base and research intelligence to identify professionals that best fit the profile agreed on in phase one. According to the assignments confidentiality our research team checks the interest of potential candidates. If necessary, adjustments in the profile will be made. We then evaluate the selected candidates presenting them to the client with in an established time frame. For more information on our guidelines, please visit the AESC site - www.aesc.org.
We verify the interest and desire to change of professionals targeted by our client, if interested we then evaluate their profile against job specifications.
